I discovered marketing after “finding myself” while studying BioPsychology at the University of British Columbia. And I have never looked back.
Although my end goal was to become a physician, I was fascinated by human behaviour and what makes us do what we do.
Over the years I developed marketing programs for magazine and book publisher, web start-up, national retailer, financial services giant and now I serving clients of all shapes and sizes at Small Gigs Marketing.
I was, and still am, a sceptic when it comes to advertising but that is precisely why I love what I do!
Marketing is certainly a creative discipline but it is also a science.
I am constantly debating why customers buy. And more specifically, what will make them connect with you, your product or service? And what will make them come back, spread the word about you and become your brand champion.
