There are so many marketing tools that you can use to help you grow your business.

In case you are looking to narrow down your search, I thought that it might be helpful to share products and services that I use every day to run and grow Small Gigs Marketing.

The list of resources on this page are products and services that I have used or use and recommend HIGHLY.

I’ll add anything new that I test out and learn more about and will reference this page in the future. Feel free to bookmark it for quick reference.

Cheers!

Anna

Join me for Marketing Mondays

Each Monday morning I share one marketing, social media or branding prompt to help you along as you grow your business.  Won't you join me?

Yay!  You are in!! See you on Monday.

Marketing blogs, podcasts and resources I turn to daily

Social Media Examiner – This is a mega site all about social media.  If you have a social media question, this website will have the answer.  I also listen to the Social Media Examiner Podcast, so informative and easy to listen to.

Online Marketing Made Easy Podcast with Amy Porterfield – I have been a fan of Amy’s for years, I was one of her FB Influence students and and have taken her Profit Lab course twice! Amy always over delivers on her content, I am a huge fan.

Art of Paid Traffic Podcast with Rick Mulready – if you want to learn about how to use online advertising, this is a good podcast to listen to.  I have learned a great deal about Google and Facebook ads.

Other podcasts that I listen to on regular basis:

The Business of Story

EOFire with John Lee Dumas

Social Pros Podcast

Being Boss

The Mind your Business Podcast

 Business Tools

Evernote – it is installed on all my devices to take notes, grab screen shots or research links, keep a bank of Marketing Mondays ideas and more

Google Drive – is where I keep all of my documents and images

Dropbox – is where I store images and share client files

Basecamp – is a project management tool that I use with one client

Freedcamp – is like Basecamp and it is the tool that I use to keep track of projects and client work

Mailchimp – is the tool that I use for email marketing

Social Media and Content Curation Tools

Feedly.com – this is one of my content curation tools.  I use it to quickly review and research all the blogs that I follow.  I subscribe to many marketing, blogging, social media and small business blogs using Feedly.

Flipboard – this is another content curation tool that I turn to almost daily.  It is now available on desktop which makes it a lot earlier to use.

Hootsuite is my tool for social media management and scheduling when I work on client business.  And thus far I have been able to use the free version only, which my clients appreciate!

Buffer – I use it in conjunction with Feedly.  When I find an interesting article on Feedly, I use the Buffer app to schedule it to my social accounts.
